The ultimate Hanoi Old Quarter & Red River Delta full day cycling tour.

The tour commences at 8.30am and concludes around 4pm.

Guests are required to meet at 8:15am at our office located at 24 Hoi Vu Street or 20 Hang Muoi Street for a brief introduction of the trip as well as safety instructions on how to navigate safely through Hanoi on a bicycle.

We set off towards the famous Street Murals, along the Train Street. On this cycling tour we will take you through the most interesting parts and markets of the Old Quarter. Navigating through narrow car free alleys to hidden backyards so you can get a real feel of how life has been here for centuries. We continue along beautiful treelined streets and breath in the fresh air around the West Lake area, Tran Quoc Pagoda and Truc Bach Lake. Experience how tranquil and peaceful it is just 15-minutes from the bustling Old Quarter of Hanoi. We adventure on local tracks through impressive banana plantations and vegetable gardens on Banana Island that cover the fertile grounds of the Red River Delta. The noisy city suddenly seems to be so far away! We discover the B-52 bomber lake and pass the Mausoleum of (former) President Ho Chi Minh and visit the North Gate, from there you will visit Temple of Literature – the First university of Vietnam to understand the education system of Vietnam in the past and in the present and finally visit Hoa Lo prison. Tour ends at 24 Hoi Vu street about 4pm. Our full day tour includes a local Hanoian meal – pho, bun cha or pho cuon.

1. What happen if it rains? The tour operates in all weather conditions – ponchos are provided free of charge!
2. Are we picked up from our hotel? To ensure the tour starts on time, we ask guests to meet us at our office located at 24 Hang Buom Street or 20 Hang Muoi Street, Hoan Kiem district. Here you will meet the tour guide for a briefing and safety instruction before starting the tour.
3. What is the group size? Each tour operates with a maximum of 8 guests
4. What kind of bikes are we riding? Quality, clean and well maintained bikes are provided. They are simple to ride and reliable for you to enjoy on tour.
5. What if I’m tall! Do you have a larger bikes for me? Yes, we can cater to taller guests with larger framed bikes available on request.
6. Do I need to wear a helmet? Safety is always our priority! Yes. Helmets are provided on tour.

1. Peak hour in Hanoi  is usually between 8am till 9.30am and from 4pm till 6pm.
2. Should it rain heavily, we can amend the date of travel for you to enjoy your trip.
3. We will take photos for you along the way and send them to you within 48 hours of the tour.
